I treated myself to these two heavenly macarons today from the Lindt cafe on Collins St. While my photography is lacking on these ones, they tasted absoutely divine – the crunch through the outer layer, into the gooeyness of the centre of the biscuit through to the creaminess of the filling. Yum! On the left is the Roselli Delice, a rose flavoured macaron with vanilla ginger cream, and on the right, Salt Caramel Delice, a moorish caramel with a hint of saltiness. At $2.50 each, they made my Friday afternoon a total delight. Or should I say ‘Delice’!
